The collaboration with Shochiku Co. Ltd,  showcases the Japanese tradition through UNIQLO’s pop culture clothing. The launch is planned for UNIQLO stores nationwide and subsequently the online store on Thursday, March 26. The collection displays its deigns from the traditional Kabuki performances from the famous Kabukiza Theater in Tokyo. A range of beautiful costumes and elaborated stage make-up of the Japanese performance will be part of the collection.


There are 63 items across nine categories, including the men’s and women’s UTs (UNIQLO T-shirts), STETECO and RELACO lines, bandanas, stoles, and tote bags. The women’s line include tunics, as well as T-shirts.


The collection will be available in Malaysia on 16th April onwards.
